More details

There is no ‘one size fits all’ for National Lottery Heritage Fund activity planning support. We work with clients to tailor the most cost effective and successful mix for you. This maximises the skills and resources you already have in-house and brings in to add value to the areas where you most need support.

Here are some of the areas we can support you with in your NLHF activity planning:

  • Research and evaluation
  • Audience consultation
  • Review and summarise research, evaluation or consultation findings
  • Consultation report writing
  • Activity plan development and writing
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Staff or volunteer training

We can manage the entire consultation and activity planning and writing process on your behalf, or you can choose to do some or all of the work yourself with our help and support.

We offer consultation and mentoring packages, ideal for those who want to develop their staff and volunteers internally whilst doing the whole activity planning and consultation process themselves, by providing technical help and support rather than hands-on help.

We advise that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss your project and evaluation requirements. We limit the number of projects we take on in order to guarantee we have sufficient time to dedicate our attention to each project.

Costs are based on requirements and start from around £5000. No project is ever too small, if we are excited by what you are doing, we will find a way to suit your budget. It is free to chat, so get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
