Training, workshops and consultancy services 

How do I go about booking a workshop, or training or consultancy package?

If you are interested in one of our exciting workshops or e-mentoring packages then please get in touch before purchasing to check current availability and to discuss your needs.

Do you offer bespoke training packages?

Absolutely yes. We can create a custom workshop or training package for you, your staff or volunteers. We will work with you to create a bespoke training package that suits your needs and budget. Our small but expert team bring together a variety of professional skills from across the heritage sector, so we can support you in almost any aspect of creating inspiring visitor experiences, running perfect projects, applying for funding and more. We are enthusiastic and well practised facilitators, often complimented on our fun and engaging presentations. Customisation service 

Do you offer further customisation and personalisation of resources?

Like the look of one of our resources but want it customised to better fit your needs? No problem, we can update any of our ready to go resources to suit your requirements. Everything from comment cards, feedback forms, family activities and meeting resources can all be adjusted to suit. Options for customisation include:

  • change the written content to suit your specific project (such as including names of exhibitions, reference to specific areas or objects)
  • change of colour palette to suit your organisations brand
  • addition of your own logo, and other organisation details (such as sponsor details or charity number)
  • removal of our watermark and copyright details
  • formatted to print in larger or smaller size

Prices are based on requirements, and lead times vary depending on availability. Get in touch to discuss lead times and for a free quote.

Downloadable resources 

How do the electronic resources work?

Many of resources have been created so they are ready for you to use straight away. Once payment has been received you will receive an email with your chosen resources attached.

What format do the resources come in?

To make our resources as useful as possible and allow you to make small adjustments, they have all been created in standard Microsoft Office software, either Microsoft Word, or Power Point. The format of each resource is specified in the product description. You will also receive a PDF version of all resources you order.  If you do not have a PDF reader then you can download a free version here.

Can I edit or change resources I have purchased?

We want you to get the most out of the resources we create, and so have allowed for some alterations to be made such as; including your company name or logo. With some resources, selected text can also be changed. You can use the editable word/power-point version to do this. The Greedy Squirrel is not removable. If you would like to have a bespoke resource with all our branding removed then please get in touch.

How quickly will I get my downloadable resources? 

When you complete your order you will first receive a confirmation email showing which resources you have ordered, your chosen payment method and instructions. Upon confirmation of payment you will be sent a second email with your chosen resources attached. If you have chosen to pay by PayPal at the checkout then you should automatically receive your email and downloadable resources within 24 hours. If this is not the case then get in touch. If you have chosen to pay via bank transfer or cheque then please allow 2-3 working days from when payment is confirmed.

Postage and packaging 

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

There is no delivery charge on downloadable resources or workshop bookings. For posted items our flat rate delivery charge is £4.95. Please allow 2-3 working days from confirmation of your payment for delivery. Further details of delivery methods can be found here.

Do you delivery to outside the UK?

Yes we do deliver to outside the UK. Please get in touch with us before placing your order for an estimate on delivery costs.
