Before today I was…”Expecting to learn a few tools/methods that could be used to gauge an idea of the visitor experience”

During the session I was thinking…”That I under estimated the amount of ways in which the thoughts/opinions of visitors can be extracted, like the last activity was particularly helpful in putting this into practice”

As a result of today I will…”Bear all the information in mind and hopefully apply it to my future studies in Heritage Management and work experience”
