Our HLF project document review service gives support and recommendations that have helped to change, shape and ultimately improve projects, partnerships and visitor experiences across many organisations as well as leverage funding.
Our focus is on ensuring best practice and building capacity in organisations for the project legacy and future work. We aim to leave people confident about their grant application and with greater insight into what the funder is looking for in these areas.
We celebrate a 98% funding success rate across all funding streams.

‘Thank you Kate and Karen for all this very fast wonderful work. Its brilliant to have you working on the project and enjoy your fresh approach and vision.’
Christopher Heath, Cleveland Pools
‘We all certainly enjoyed working with Kate. She bought so much energy and enthusiasm alongside her obvious subject knowledge and experience of working with HLF. We found it was most productive when we prepared and planned for the sessions and had clear outcomes which we all strived to achieve. She quickly became part of the team. She was responsive and quick to turn work around and the end products were always inspiring and creative.’
Jennie Comerford, ‘Biolinks’ project of the Field Studies Council
‘The best thing we did in our HLF development year was to engage Kate. Endlessly knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic, she more than delivered on all the things we originally asked – and provided a huge amount of extra advice and support that guided us through the whole process.’
Penny Williams, Freshwater Habitats Trust
‘Thank you so much for all your advice that you deliver in such a direct , no nonsense way. It suits us, and the way we talk to each other fine…even the odd use of an anglo- saxon verb fits well with our working style.’
Sally-ann Burley, National Coal Mining Museum
